Terms of Service — HealingSounds

Short version: Use HealingSounds lawfully. Don't share your account. Pro is a one-time lifetime license for personal and commercial use.

1. Acceptance

By using HealingSounds you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

HealingSounds provides browser-based sound therapy tools including a frequency generator, binaural beats, waveform mixer, and session tracking. The Free tier is provided without charge. Pro requires a one-time payment.

3. Accounts

Free tier use requires no account. Pro features require an account. You must provide accurate information, maintain the security of your credentials, not share your account, and be at least 16 years old.

4. Pro License

Upon payment, you receive a personal, non-transferable, lifetime license permitting use on your personal devices and processing for personal and commercial projects. This does not permit sharing access, reselling, or using as part of a SaaS product sold to others.

5. Payments & Refunds

Pro is sold at a one-time price via PayPal. We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact us within 14 days via our contact page. After 14 days, refunds are not available. Chargebacks will result in Pro access suspension.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use HealingSounds to process or distribute illegal content, content that violates others' rights, or material intended to harm or harass. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

HealingSounds and its source code are our intellectual property. You retain all rights to your own audio sessions.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Results may vary by device and browser. HealingSounds is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Registered users will be notified by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
